OUR CLIENT POLICY
PAYMENT POLICY:
A valid credit or debit card is required to book an event or party. A Non-Refundable
deposit will be paid at the time of booking. Here is how we calculate the
non-refundable deposit amount.

The remaining balance will need to be paid in full 24 hours before the date of the
scheduled event or party.
CANCELLATION/REFUND/RESCHEDULE POLICY:
A Non-Refundable deposit is required for all bookings to reserve the date and
time. The full remaining amount of the party will be due 24 hours before the date of
the event or party. If a conflict should arise and a change of date and/or time needs
to be made, accommodations will be considered based on availability at no charge
within three (3) months of the original event date and only once. If cancellation is the
only option, this will incur a non-refundable cancellation fee equal to the full amount
of the event.
TRAVEL SURCHARGE:
Our headquarters is located in Pomona, California 91767. Our primary service area
is within a 30 mile radius of our headquarters. If you require service outside of our
30 mile radius, a travel surcharge fee will be applied depending on the additional
distance traveled outside of the primary area. We do not service distances greater
than 50 miles nor the high desert (exceptions can be made depending on location
and size of event).
BAD WEATHER:
XP Mobile Laser Tag’s top priority is our customers safety and well being.The
majority of our events are outdoors with the occasional indoor. Weather can play a
big part in our ability to provide our one of a kind service. Our equipment is not water
resistant nor waterproof, it is all electronic and can get damaged with water. If rain is
forecasted during the date/time of your outdoor event, we may reserve the right to
reschedule your service to another date/time for your safety and the protection of
our equipment. If you find that inclement weather is forecasted for your outdoor
event you may also contact us to reschedule if we haven't contacted you already.
SUPERVISED CHILDREN:
XP Mobile Laser Tag provides a safe non-physical contact laser tag experience.
Guests under the age of 18 require a parent or guardian to be present on the
property and within contact of the game referee should a need to contact them arise.
Our laser tag equipment weighs approximately 3 lbs and it's designed to be used for
ages 6+; supervision by an adult may be required.
ALCOHOL/DRUGS:
You may serve alcohol at your event or party; however, we reserve the right to
refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when the event or party deems itself
unsafe for our staff. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated around the laser tag
equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal
manner will result in the termination of the party immediately. No smoking/drinking of
any type is allowed while playing/using our laser tag equipment.
DAMAGE/INJURY:
XP Mobile Laser Tag takes damage to property or bodily injury very seriously. XP
Mobile Laser Tag reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to
the laser tag equipment resulting from negligence, carelessness or willful damage
caused by the client's guests. XP Mobile Laser Tag gives a detailed briefing of the
rules and game etiquette before participants are allowed to use the laser tag
equipment. XP Mobile Laser Tag and its employees assume any responsibility for
any injuries sustained on the clients property or their designated location caused by
the clients guest. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the
client and/or host.
FOOD/DRINK:
XP Mobile Laser Tag does not allow any food or drinks on our tables or equipment
and while playing laser tag on the playing field. Please have your guests consume
them or set them aside before playing laser tag.
Laser Tag Music/sound effects:
XP Mobile Laser Tag plays music that is clean and kid friendly that is meant for all
ages. We are not a professional DJ and cannot take song requests, our music is
pre-programmed to accompany the laser tag being played and to get the
participants pumped. If for any reason you find the music not appropriate, we will
gladly change or turn off the music at the clients request. The laser tag guns come
with sound effects like, gun shots, kill notification, death notifications and various
other video game related sound effects. The kill and death notifications can be
turned off to make it more “kid friendly” but the other video game related sound
effects can only be turned down but not off.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
AT THE END OF THE BOOKING FORM, YOU WILL BE
DIRECTED TO A LINK TO PROCESS YOUR NON-REFUNDABLE
DEPOSIT. YOU WILL GET AN EMAIL CONFORMATION OF YOUR
DEPOSIT AND WE WILL CONTACT YOU AS SOON AS
POSSIBLE IF WE HAVE ANY QUESTIONS CONCERNING YOUR
BOOKING AND TO TOUCH BASES. THE REMAINING BALANCE
WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU NO LATER THAN THE WEDNESDAY
PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT. FURTHER DETAILS WILL BE
DETAILED ON YOUR INVOICE WITH THE REMAINING
BALANCE. THE BALANCE OF YOUR BOOKING WILL NEED TO
BE PAID IN FULL AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT.
